My classes are filled with foundational, functional movements to support every body at every level — no circus poses required! I combine Yoga, Pilates, and QiGong to help students build stability, reduce stress, and move with mindfulness and care.
These practices are ideal if you’ve been curious about yoga or pilates but thought you weren’t flexible enough, fit enough, or “a yoga person.” Every class is tailored to your needs, whether you’re working with back pain, anxiety, mobility issues, or simply looking to move with more ease.

I found today's class (Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing) to be wonderful. I have been dealing with sciatica pain for the past week and was a bit worried about how the class might impact that, but felt free from the start to do what felt safe for me, and was able to relax into the practice. The guided meditation helped me go to a deep place inside, and the sounds of the bowls vibrated and resonated inside me in a wonderful way. Thanks!

Strong bones is an excellent cross train for Winging. Clara keeps the class going and always has interesting techniques to engage all the muscle groups. Class also goes so fast, I'm always surprised when it's over. Love it so much!
